Yoga in Erris: not farewell, but fare forward, travellers!

I am sad to say that I have had to move from Erris. After seventeen years, during twelve of which I taught Yoga in Erris, and learned much from the wonderful people who came to class, I have now moved to Bray, in Wicklow.

I am finding my feet here, but the first thing I would like to do is offer individual Yoga sessions. So if you are looking for Yoga in Bray, or close by, please let me know. My general guideline cost is 45 euro per individual session, which lasts about 1 hour, 20 minutes, and is held in your own home. If there is more than one of you, we can negotiate a reasonable group rate (if you can find a suitable public venue, then this could be the start of a Yoga class run by me in Bray!)

I offer beginners, deep stretch (slow stretches held for up to five minutes), or dynamic stretching (more standing, more demanding stretches) classes, and all my classes are taught using the practices I investigated in my PhD thesis: realisation as agency.

You need a mat! (I have only one spare at the moment and in any event, it’s healthier, and you’re more likely to practice, if you have your own).

My mobile is 0861286449

I really hope you can help me, and I can help you.

    Hello Lucy.
congratulations to your PhD. It is an achievement and we are sorry that you missed the conferral day. We were delighted to find out that you are offering classes in Aughleam and had a good response. We keep practising yoga in Frankfurt and would like to join your course when we are back in Faulmore in August. We will follow your blog till then. It gives us great pleasure to hear from you regularly.
    Namaste
