Tuesday: full hatha yoga

This practice is based on Iyengarji’s practice as it advances from the initial standing, sitting, lying progression to beginning with inversions. I’ve tried to include modifications for those who don’t want to practice inversions but I quite like how this turns things on their head, as it were.
